Source-grounded, every time
Dr. Albert answers only from a curated, classified corpus and shows its sources. If it can't answer from the corpus, it says so — it does not guess. A human reviews every output before it informs a decision.
Cardiff civic intelligence
Its first focus: a verified corpus of Cardiff Council strategies and Welsh Government statistics across housing, planning, transport, environment, health, education and council finance — with like-for-like benchmarking against world-class cities.
Figures shown by Dr. Albert are drawn from Cardiff's own published documents and presented with citations — they are not the model's own claims. Corpus is actively being built and ingested, expanding toward full domain coverage.
Current state — honestly
Dr. Albert is a pilot in active development, working toward a public demonstration. The sovereign retrieval pipeline runs end-to-end on local hardware today; the public website, council-worker app and benchmark feature are partly built. It is not a production-deployed council system, and figures and timelines are reviewed before any decision relies on them.
